Thank you for shopping with BE LOUD. Each item is made to order, which means your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.



Returns



Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.


Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item.


To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item



Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.



Lost Packages



If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out to us and we will help investigate the situation.



Refunds



Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
